LAKSANAVA PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who We Are

LAKSANAVA is the public travel brand of PT Yuwana Kelanda Nuswantara, an Indonesian legal entity.

In this Privacy Policy, “LAKSANAVA”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PT Yuwana Kelanda Nuswantara when it operates and communicates through the LAKSANAVA brand.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use the LAKSANAVA website, read our Journal, contact us, or interact with approved LAKSANAVA inquiry and communication channels.

For privacy-related questions or requests, you may contact:

[email protected]

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with the LAKSANAVA public website and related LAKSANAVA guest-facing inquiry or communication activities.

These may include interactions through the website, structured inquiry forms, email, WhatsApp, Aruna — Journey Companion, and other approved channels used to support a travel inquiry.

Separate privacy terms may apply to employees, suppliers, corporate counterparties, or other relationships that are not ordinary LAKSANAVA guest interactions.

3. Information We May Collect

The information we process depends on how you interact with us and how far your inquiry progresses.

During an initial inquiry, we may receive information such as your name, contact details, destination interests, intended travel dates, number of travelers, travel preferences, budget or service scope, accommodation preferences, transport needs, and other information you choose to provide.

If your inquiry progresses toward an actual travel arrangement, additional information may become necessary to prepare a quotation, coordinate services, fulfil a booking, or meet legal or supplier requirements.

We seek to collect only information reasonably relevant to the stage and purpose of the interaction.

We do not ask Guests during ordinary travel exploration to provide passwords, PINs, full payment-card credentials, banking passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.

Where accessibility, health-related, dietary, or other potentially sensitive information is genuinely relevant to providing or arranging a requested service, we aim to request only what is reasonably necessary. Where applicable, we will seek appropriate affirmative consent before processing sensitive information.

4. How We Receive Information

We may receive personal information:

  • directly from you when you contact or communicate with LAKSANAVA;
  • through an approved structured inquiry form;
  • through WhatsApp, email, Aruna, or another approved communication channel;
  • from another person who is legitimately communicating on your behalf;
  • from service providers used to operate our communication or inquiry systems; or
  • through limited technical information generated when a device communicates with our website or hosting and security infrastructure.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to questions and travel inquiries;
  • understand travel preferences and practical requirements;
  • provide travel consultation and relevant recommendations;
  • prepare an inquiry for human review;
  • prepare or support an authorized quotation where appropriate;
  • coordinate travel services after the relevant commercial and operational requirements have been satisfied;
  • provide Guest support;
  • communicate regarding an existing inquiry or service;
  • manage complaints, service-recovery matters, or other requests;
  • protect the security and integrity of our systems and communications;
  • maintain appropriate business and operational records; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, contractual, or dispute-related requirements.

An inquiry does not automatically create a booking, Case, confirmed price, confirmed availability, or Supplier commitment.

6. Automated and Assisted Communication

LAKSANAVA may use technology-assisted tools such as Aruna — Journey Companion to support travel consultation, collect relevant inquiry information, provide general guidance, and assist with communication continuity.

These tools do not independently approve final prices, create authoritative Cases, verify payments, commit Suppliers, execute bookings, release controlled documents, or enter into legal agreements on behalf of PT Yuwana Kelanda Nuswantara.

Material commercial, operational, payment, booking, and legal decisions remain subject to the applicable authorized process.

7. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use third-party services to operate parts of our website, communication, inquiry, and business processes.

Depending on the interaction, these may include providers supporting structured forms, email, messaging, hosting, infrastructure, security, internal notification, and similar operational functions.

For example, LAKSANAVA may use services associated with Tally, WhatsApp/Meta, and Google for relevant inquiry or communication functions.

If an inquiry progresses toward an actual travel service, relevant personal information may also need to be shared with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, activity providers, airlines, ticketing providers, or other travel Suppliers where reasonably necessary to evaluate or provide the requested service.

We do not treat the disclosure of Guest information as authority for a Supplier to create a booking or commitment unless the appropriate booking or operational process separately authorizes it.

We may also disclose information where required by law, a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

8. International Processing

Some technology providers, communication platforms, or travel Suppliers may process information outside Indonesia.

Where cross-border processing occurs, we aim to use the relevant service only where there is an appropriate operational need and to apply safeguards or other mechanisms required under applicable law.

The specific providers or locations involved may vary depending on the service requested and the systems used at the relevant time.

9. Retention

Where an inquiry does not progress into an actual service relationship, we may retain the active inquiry record for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless a shorter period is appropriate or continued retention is required for a legitimate legal or business reason.

After that period, the inquiry should be removed from active inquiry storage in accordance with the applicable retention process.

Where an inquiry progresses into a quotation, service, booking, payment, transaction, complaint, dispute, or other formal business relationship, relevant records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for service delivery, contractual administration, accounting, taxation, legal compliance, claims, dispute handling, or other legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Where routine system backups exist, removal from backup copies may follow the relevant controlled backup lifecycle rather than occurring immediately.

10. Website Technical Data and Tracking

We do not currently use the LAKSANAVA public website for behavioral advertising or advertising-pixel tracking.

At the current application baseline, the website is not designed to use application cookies, analytics tracking, advertising pixels, session-replay technology, or browser-storage tracking for marketing purposes.

Hosting, network, security, or infrastructure services may nevertheless process limited technical information—such as an IP address, request time, device or browser information, or similar request metadata—where necessary to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, or secure the website.

If our use of cookies, analytics, advertising technology, or similar tracking materially changes, we will review this Policy and provide additional notice or controls where required.

11. Security

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet transmission, communications service, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Guests should therefore avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary communication channels.

12. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you, including rights to request access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis, or other action provided by applicable data-protection law.

These rights apply regardless of whether your contact with LAKSANAVA has progressed beyond an initial inquiry.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request in order to protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure or alteration.

Privacy requests may be sent to:

[email protected]

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website or Journal may refer or link to external websites, platforms, travel providers, or other third-party resources.

Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. LAKSANAVA is not responsible for the privacy policies or independent data practices of an external website merely because we provide a link to it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy where our services, technology, legal obligations, or data-processing practices change.

A revised version will identify its updated date. Material changes should be reviewed before they are treated as current public policy.
