These Terms of Use apply to the LAKSANAVA public website and its public content, including the LAKSANAVA Journal.
LAKSANAVA is the public travel brand of PT Yuwana Kelanda Nuswantara, the legal entity responsible for the business.

An inquiry does not by itself mean that:

4. Aruna — Journey Companion
LAKSANAVA may provide Aruna — Journey Companion as part of the inquiry and consultation experience.
Aruna may provide general guidance, help understand travel preferences, assist in structuring an inquiry, and support communication continuity.
Aruna does not independently:
- approve final selling prices or discounts;
- confirm live availability unless supported by an authoritative current source;
- create an authoritative Case;
- verify payment;
- contact or commit Suppliers;
- execute bookings;
- issue tickets or vouchers as confirmed fact;
- approve refunds or compensation;
- release controlled company documents; or
- execute legal agreements.
Where a formal or confirmed business state is required, the applicable authorized LAKSANAVA / PT Yuwana process governs.
5. Prices, Availability, and Quotations
Prices, examples, packages, destination information, or other commercial information appearing on the website may be provided for general information or discovery purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Travel prices, taxes, foreign exchange, airfares, accommodation rates, Supplier conditions, inventory, schedules, admission requirements, and other travel information may change.
A Supplier price, search result, indicative price, reference price, or website example is not automatically an approved LAKSANAVA selling price.
A formal Quotation becomes authoritative only when issued through the applicable authorized process.
6. Bookings and Travel Services
No travel service is considered booked or confirmed merely because:
- you submit an inquiry;
- you indicate that you wish to proceed;
- you receive preliminary information;
- you accept an indicative option;
- you receive an Invoice;
- you provide payment evidence; or
- a particular Supplier is discussed.
Confirmed travel arrangements depend on the applicable commercial approval, payment state where relevant, Supplier or booking evidence, and other operational requirements.
Any actual travel transaction may also be governed by separate booking-specific terms, quotation conditions, Supplier conditions disclosed to you, and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
Those transaction-specific terms take precedence over these general Website Terms where they specifically govern the relevant service.
7. Payment
The website itself does not constitute authorization to make a payment.
Payment should be made only in accordance with an applicable authorized Invoice or Payment Instructions provided through an approved LAKSANAVA / PT Yuwana process.
A payment screenshot, transfer notice, or other payment evidence does not by itself establish that payment has been verified.
8. Journal and General Travel Content
The LAKSANAVA Journal and other editorial material are provided for travel inspiration, general information, and destination understanding.
Journal content is not a guarantee of current availability, price, operating schedule, visa or entry requirement, safety condition, Supplier performance, or any other time-sensitive travel fact.
Travel conditions may change. Where a matter is important to a travel decision, current information should be verified through the appropriate authoritative source before reliance.

Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
